Students commit to twelve weeks of private music lessons - 6 or 12 lessons depending upon desired frequency. Each twelve-week period divides into two terms.
Gallagher School requires a non-refundable fee of $20 per student at the time of registration.
Tuition Payment:
Students pay lesson tuition in full for each term-- remember, there are two. We accept payment by cash, check, debit card, or credit card. For those using a debit or credit card, you must sign an authorization form. Payment then processes through an authorized account.
All students agree to and sign the Policy and Registration Forms before Gallagher School processes tuition payment. Email updates notify students for payment due respectively.

Pricing of Lessons:
40-Minute Lesson:
$420.00 = Twelve lessons (weekly), pay $210.00 per term
Note: 15% off Tuition price when you pay in full for twelve weeks.
$600.00 = Twelve lessons (weekly), pay $300.00 per term
$300.00 = Six lessons (bi-weekly), pay $150.00 per term
Note: 15% off Tuition price when you pay in full for twelve weeks.

Trial Lesson:
$20.00 for a 30-minute trial lesson

"One-Off" Lesson:
A "One-Off" facilitates a lesson design by the student to focus on a very specific musical goal, including their choice of instructor.
$75.00 for a 90-minute lesson.

Withdrawals and Refunds:
We require a thirty-day written notice to discontinue private lessons and to receive any partial tuition refund. Students withdraw from lessons in person, not over the phone.
To withdraw from lessons, a parent or adult student must take the following actions:
1) Inform Dave or James Gallagher.
2) Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the School office.
Location for Lessons:
Guitar and Drum lessons take place at Gallagher School home studio and teacher studios. Most of our teachers offer students in-home music lessons, also.

Missed Lessons and Make-Up Lessons:
No refunds or credits are allowed for missed lessons. If a teacher is feeling ill and the School cannot arrange for a substitute, any make-up lessons schedule according to the teacher's availability; exceptional situations assessed by Dave or Jamie Gallagher.
Substitutions:
The School provides a substitute teacher when the regularly scheduled teacher is feeling ill or otherwise unable to attend a lesson.
Care of Younger Students:
The Gallagher School takes no responsibility for providing before or after-class care for younger students.
